Micropore is pleased to announce that we have commissioned a new customer feedback platform, called Feefo, which automatically contacts our customers to ask how we met their expectations.

Feedback is critical to continuous improvement and we envision this tool helping us to do just that.

We have also included 'Treefo' where we commit to planting a tree for every response we receive - "Turning feedback into forests"
